Our situation was not easy; it was winter, there was a low inventory of available homes and only one of us was living in Chicago. We found Mark and were immediately impressed with his knowledge of the city. Mark spent a lot of time educating us on the Chicago real estate market. He was always available and very responsive when we had questions. When I came into town to look at houses, it was only for the weekend and we had to look at A LOT of properties in a short amount of time. Additionally, due to the market conditions, homes were being sold in one day. If a house came on the market that we wanted to see, Mark was always willing to meet that day for my husband to look at it. Mark also provided a great team of professionals including an attorney, a mortgage broker, and a home inspector. One of the homes we looked at needed some work; Mark met my husband at the property with a contractor. Mark and his team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home.
